Felicity - Be Healthy

Hi Friends!!

I have a card to share with you today that I had a whole lot of fun creating. I know we are half way through January already and we usually use this time of year to kick start some resolutions. Whether it be eating healthier or to exercise more, I thought that this stamp set is perfect to encourage those who chose to live a healthier life.

I stamped out Felicity - Be Healthy and coloured her with Copic markers. 

The background is created using Distress Oxide inks, stencils and clear glitter embossing powders.

To finish off my card, I added some stitching around the boarder of my card layout using my sewing machine.

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps January Release Blog Hop

Today we are celebrating

ALL the new goodies from the

January Release at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

All FOUR new clear stamp sets are NOW available in the krafty shop, along with our new Pretty in Pink Hybrid Ink, TWO new stencils and our brand new Kraftin' Kimmie DOTS!

I just had to colour up the other image from the You Complete Me stamp set. I created an ink smooshed background and added some gold embossed stars from the Hearts and Stars stamp set.

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps January Release - Day 4

Welcome back to our FOURTH and final day of Krafty Peeks for the January release at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Today we've got another fabby stamp set from artist Melissa Baker-Nguyen! It's chock full of those fabulous images we all love....

HEARTS AND STARS!

The stamp set contains solid images, lined images, some with dots, some with stitches....beautiful designs and in all different sizes! There are a total of TWENTY THREE stamps!

I created a clean and simple card using tis super versatile stamp set. I used a bunch of different Krafty Kolours inks and stamped them repeatedly. I then took the outline image and stamped that in versamark ink and heat embossed it using gold embossing powder. 

Of course, today is also Challenge Day and as always, during release week the theme is Anything Goes! So create a card, scrapbook page, altered item...with a Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp! Use any sketch, design, colour scheme you want! We can't wait to see your creations and you have all week to play along (until Jan 18th) and we'll announce the winner at the end of the month! Welcome back to Day THREE of our January Krafty Peeks at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Today we are sharing a wonderful stamp set by Emilie Goulet!

This set shows that there are all kinds of love in the world! Love between couples, love between partners, love for friends and family! And it's not just for Valentine's Day...we should be showing our love for each other every day!! The set features two main images and six coordinating sentiments!

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps January Release - Day 2

Welcome back to our second day of Krafty Peeks for the January release at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Today we are spillin' ALL the tea and sharing SO many NEW goodies with you....are you ready?

First up is today's super ADORABLE new stamp set from artist Melissa Baker-Nguyen!

It's called BEARY LOVE!!!

I think you'll agree with me that this set is BEARY sweet and will be great to use for many occasions! It includes five main images, a couple of sentiments and a bunch of fabby accessory stamps!

Next...I bet you've been guessing about what our BRAND NEW PRODUCT might be! Well...as papercrafters we love adding that special embellishment that just finishes off our cards or scrapbook pages perfectly! For myself and many others.....that's the wonderful enamel dot!!!

Introducing Kraftin' Kimmie Dots!!

We are releasing TWO sets of the new DOTS this month to kick things off! First up is a set called Krafty Basic Dots which contains all the colours you should have in your arsenal.....black, white, yellow, red and blue! The second set is perfect for this release covering all shades of reds and pinks! The perfect extras to throw in your cart!

How about a NEW Krafty Kolours Hybrid INK???

This month we are releasing this super sweet colour called PRETTY IN PINK! Of course it comes as an ink pad, a mini cube and an ink refill! It coordinates with many of our colours and of course....can be used with our stencils!!!

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps January Release - Day 1

Welcome to the FIRST release of this brand new year at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

This is Day ONE of the January Krafty Peeks and I am over the moon excited to share everything with you! We've got new stamp sets, new stencils, new ink, a BRAND NEW PRODUCT and we're thrilled to be introducing you to our NEW ARTIST!

The first set for January that we are sharing with you is called YOU ARE SUPER and is from our brand new artist, Neda Sadreddin!

We all have women and girls in our lives who are superheros to us and to others! Just by being themselves as a Mom, a Grandma, a Friend...and we need to tell them more often how AWESOME we think they are! So here comes the perfect stamp set! It features a main full sized image plus two portrait sized images in different super cute poses! You can add a mask and even different letters to her chest to make it personal for the recipient! There are several sentiments and options to create your own! I think you'll agree this is a fabulous first set from Neda!

I coloured up this adorable image with Copic markers and added a few highlights using a white coloured pencil.

To create the backgrounds, I ink blended Black Soot Distress Oxide ink and added texture using the Beautiful Burlap stencil from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps. For the red background, I used Krafty Kolours Pretty In Pink and Raspberry Rose. To finish off the backgrounds, I used some Perfect Pearls mixed with water to get the shimmery water droplet effect.  

To finish off my card, I used the Shooting Star Label die and a few of the new Krafty Dots.

You'll get to see ALL of our new goodies in action over the next few days of January Krafty Peeks and they'll all be released at our LIVE Online Release Party on Saturday, January 12 at 2pm EST in the Krafty Friends group!

Stamp AnnieThing - "Use a Die" Challenge

Hi Friends!!

Today I am participating in the Stamp AnnieThing theme week challenge. This weeks theme is "Anything Goes Using A Die"

I absolutely love clean and simple cards and this year I decided to challenge myself to create more CAS cards. 

To begin, I started by ink blending Peacock Feathers and Squeezed Lemonade Distress Inks using the Squiggle Wiggle stencil from Stamp AnnieThing 

I just had to use the new Retro Shape Shaker Die that was release this past week and I love how it accents the stencilled background.  The Hugs die cut was done in gold glitter card stock. 

To finish off my card, I added some gold thread and some dewdrop embellishments.

Stamp AnnieThing January Previews - Day 3

Welcome to the New Year!

2019 has many exciting and new things happening for Stamp Anniething!

We are so excited for this years releases, and we are

kicking it off with a GROOVY set!

Day three consists of our latest stamp, Rae- I think You're Neato!!

We hope you enjoyed our walk down RETRO goovy lane this release!

I can hardly believe that it is the final day of previews for the January release. I know I have said it everyday, but this release was seriously so fun to work on...BUT on the bright side, it is now  to purchase!! woo hoo!!
Rae was coloured with Copic markers and die cut out using the coordinating die. I will be sure to have the Copic markers I used 
listed below. 
I created an ink blended background using Distress Oxide Inks in the colour of Festive Berries and Mustard Seed. Next I placed the new Retro Circles stencil overtop and spread glitter paste all over it. I love how the paste picks up the colours of the background.

I also used the Retro Circles Stencil as an embossing plate to add texture to the white background.

To finish off my card, I heat embossed the sentiment on a piece of red card stock that I die cut out using the Circle Reverse die set from Stamp AnnieThing.

Stamp AnnieThing January Previews - Day 2

Welcome to the New Year!

2019 has many exciting and new things happening for Stamp Anniething!

We are so excited for this years releases, and we are

kicking it off with a GROOVY set!

Day two consists of our latest stamp, Kimmie- So Jazzed!

How totally mod and hip is she?

Day 2 is here!!! 
Don't you just love Kimmie's hair in this image?! She was so fun to colour up. I coloured her using Copic markers (I will have all the markers listed below)
I created an ink blended background using my Distress Oxide Inks in the colours of Twisted Citron and Peacock Feathers. To add the texture to my ink blended background, I flicked water on my card and used the Burlap stencil from Stamp AnnieThing
Next I used the Retro Shape Shaker die that was previewed in yesterdays post to die cut out a piece of card that was ink blended on using Stamp AnnieThing Hybrid inks. I filled the shaker element with one of the groovy new sequin mixes.
The "Smile" sentiment was created by heat embossing a scrap piece of card stock using gold glitter embossing powder and then die cut using the new "Smile" die that was also previewed yesterday.

Stamp AnnieThing January Previews - Day 1

Welcome to the New Year!

2019 has many exciting and new things happening for Stamp Anniething!

We are so excited for this years releases, and we are

kicking it off with a GROOVY set!

Day one consists of our latest stamp, Bridget - hang loose, as well as 2 new dies, 1 stencil and some totally FUN sequin mixes!

Hi Friends!! I am so excited to be back at it again with this amazing release from Stamp AnnieThing! 

To start, I created a background using Distress Oxide inks. I ink blended the colours in Faded Jeans, Salty Ocean and Tumbled Glass. Once completed, I splashed some water on to the background to get that water droplet effect I love so much.

I coloured Bridget using Copic markers (I will have the colours used listed below) and die cut her out using the NEW outline cut out dies!! I am so pumped that Ann now has outline dies for her images.

Next I die cut the tag outline shape in red card stock, using a die from the Shaker Basics -  Set 2 die set from Stamp AnnieThing. I raided my pattern paper stash and found this radiating rainbow paper that I thought was perfect to place behind the tag for an additional background. 

Lastly, I heat embossed the sentiment on black card using white embossing powder. To finished off my card, I  used one of the awesome new sequin mixes that will be available with this release at the end of the week.
