MFT August Vault Release - Fall Friends

Welcome back for the final day of previews for the August vault release from My Favorite Things

Over the past few days, we showcased a slew of previously retired stamps and dies from artist Birdie Brown.

The best part of all is that the August vault release in now AVAILABLE in the MFT online store!! Woohoo!

For my final project using the August Vault release goodies, I just had to play with the Fall Friends stamp set and coordinating Die-namics.

I started by stamping out a few of the images from the set, coloring them with Copic markers and the cutting them out using the coordinating Die-namics.

For my background, I did some ink blending using some Fall colors with Distress Oxide inks. I then die cut out the Leafy Layer cover up Die-namics using some Gravel Grey prestige card stock from MFT and placed it overtop of the ink blended panel. 

To finish off my card, I placed my colored images onto of the background along with a small circle velum piece. I heat embossed the sentiments onto Jalapeño Popper card stock using white embossing powder as well as adding a few gold sequins for that extra sparkle sparkle ;)
