Hello Friends and welcome to the Studio Katia Fall 2018 Release Hop!! I can't begin to tell you how excited and honoured I am to be taking part in the release celebration.
I created two card projects to share with you today featuring the amazing new Fall release
The moment I saw the "A Cup Of Thanks" stamp set, I knew I just had to colour it up. I could picture the card I wanted to create instantly and if I'm being honest, my card turned out even better then I had envisioned. I used my Copic markers to colour the flowers, cup and saucer and then went overtop with my coloured pencils to add a bit more depth and pop to my colouring.
The stamp set comes with coordinating dies to cut out the main image but what I really love is that it also comes with two beautiful word dies. One says,"Thanks" and the other that says, "Tea"
I decided to diecut multiple "Thanks" out and stack them on top of themselves to create a really think word diecut. To finish it off, I coloured the bottom half with a soft yellow Copic marker and added some glitter for some extra sparkle.
Finishing my card off was made super easy with the new Dotted Patterns Set 3...this set is so versatile . I only used a few elements from the set and was able to achieve a stunning layout. Really the possibilities are endless and I am so happy to have that die set in my collection as it is sure to get a lot of use.
Lastly I added a few Clear Drops from the Clear Drops Mix to my card to finish off my card.

My second card is very fun and playful using the Kobi The Super Bear stamp set.
I really enjoyed colouring him up and the Copic colouring hardly took any time at all. The stamp set has really cute sentiment and some really awesome word bubbles that are just classic. I diecut everything using the coordinating dies and created a simple Distress Oxide background that I diecut using the background die from Dotted Patterns Set 3 To finish off my card, I added a few red crystals from the July Crystals mix
