Let Your Hair Down

I coloured these adorable images using Copic markers and cut them out using the coordinating Die-namics. As I was colouring this set up, I couldn’t help but smile at the imagery…especially the bird that I put upside down.
I have been really into using Kraft card stock lately and knew I wanted to use that as my card base. I think it goes with virtually everything…if you have been having a hard time grabbing it from the MFT store, its probably my fault haha
My card layout is pretty simple, which I feel allows the image to really pop. I created a cloud background using my Copic airbrush system and added a piece of green card stock behind it and an accent of black and white patten paper.
Lastly, I stamped the sentiment on the vertical to help add to the illusion that the girl was way up in the tree.

    Just a note to let you know that I am loving your cards. This one today really caught my eye. I love everything about it!! You do need a picture with a smile, though.

    Love your cloud background. She is way up there. Poor little bird is having a hard time figuring out what is in his space. Lol Very cute!
