Quick and Easy "Congrats" card

Hi Friends!

 I have a quick and easy card to share with you today that uses minimal supplies and doesn't involve colouring...can you believe I just wrote that?!

I used the "Congrats" word die from the February 2020 Stamp Anniething release and cut it out 3 times using 3 different card stocks...white, gold glitter, and black. I layered them slightly offset to give the look of shadows.

My base cardstock was grey which I scored 4 parallel lines using a bone folder. My top piece of the card simply uses white card stock that I embossed using a star embossing folder.  I layered more of the gold cardstock and some black striped patterned paper under the top embossed piece.

To finish off my card, I added some gold and silver splatters using Perfect Pearls mixed with water and added a few sequins.

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps - Inspiration Wednesday

Hi Friends! Its Inspirational Wednesday over at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

I absolutely love the Monkey Business stamp set..I honestly had a smile on my face the entire time I was colour this super cute image. I decided to create a shaker card and used the bananas from the stamp set as added shaker elements inside the shaker window.

I colouring up the monkey using the following Copic markers

Suit - YR09, YR04, Y17, YG09, YG05, YG01

Banana - Y17, YR23, YR20, E23

Stamp AnnieThing: Sparkle & Shine challenge

Hi Friends!

I have another card creation for you today, this time featuring a design from Stamp AnnieThing. I used Paige - Holiday Magic for this months Stamp AnnieThing design challenge which is Sparkle & Shine.

I stamped Paige in momento tuxedo black ink and coloured her with Copic markers. 

I used an embossing folder by We R Memory keepers to add some texture to the background and then added some gold thread behind Paige for some extra detail. For some sparkle and shine, I added some silver glitter card stock and some diamond rhinestones scattered across the card front. When the light catches it right, the card really sparkles.

I said it on wednesday and I will say it again...I can hardly believe this is the last Stamp AnnieThing release of 2017. Having said that, I am so excited to share with you what 2018 has in store. I have seen the stamps for next year and they are by far my favourites to date...if you arnt a member of the SAT Stamp Club yet, I strongly suggest signing up. There is some SUPER exciting things happening next year that you won't want to miss.

I had sun using die cuts, dry embossing, and pattern paper on this card. I feel it adds to the cuteness and whimsy of this super sweet image.

Its hard to believe we have reached the last release week for 2017!! 

I love the "Maggie - Awareness Is Key" stamp set as it is so versatile and can be used for any cause. 

I decided to have Maggie representing Brest Cancer awareness and obviously went all pink with this card.

I layered pattern paper, glitter card stock and some Nuvo Drops over top of the embossed white background I created with an embossing folder.
