Sunshiny Days

Hi Friends!
I have another fun card to share with you today featuring all Stamp Anniething goodies

Here in Canada where I live, we are finally starting to get some beautiful weather again. As much as I love the change of seasons, I am always happy to say goodbye to Winter. I decided to create a cute card using an image from the Its A Little Strange grab and go box which is being discontinued and currently on sale...so if you don't have this awesome box, be sure to grab it while you can. If anything catches your eye, I will list all the items I used below

I hope you like my card creation for today!

Until next time - Stephen

You're So Glam shaker card

Hi Friends,
I created this fun retro card live in the Stamp Anniething Stampers facebook page this past week.

I coloured up Betty Lou - So Glam using Copic markers. I wanted to do some paper piecing and  found the perfect polkadot patten paper to use for her top.

For the card layout, I used dies from Shaker Basics Set 1 and the Banner Dies...I swear I cannot live without those two sets. Next, I ink blended the background using Stamp Anniething Hybrid Inks and the Boomerang Stencil. For that finishing touch, I added some light pink Gellie Dots

I hope you like my card creation for today

Talk Like A Pirate

Hi Friends!!
I have a card to share with you today featuring amazing Stamp Anniething goodies :)

I have had the Talk Like A Pirate digital image sitting in my computer for ages and I thought he was overdue for some colouring...I printed him off and coloured him up using Copic markers and added some detail with coloured pencil. Next I used some woodgrain pattern paper which I ink blended the edges of to give it a more weathered look. I cut out some watercolour cardstock using the Squiggle Mat Die and then did some ink smooshing with Distress Inks and Oxide inks. I also added some Perfect Pearls splatters in Perfect Pearl and Gold to my ink smooshing to give my card a little extra sparkle and shine. I stamped and heat embossed a sentiment onto one of the banners from the Banners die set and layered another banner in yellow behind it to give some more visual interest. Lastly I added some gold sequins to finish off my card.

I designed a stamp set!!

Hi Friends!
Stephen here...You may have already heard but if you haven't, I designed my very first stamp set that is exclusive to Stamp Anniething. It's called, "Bountiful Blessings" and I can't thank Ann enough for encouraging me to do this as it was something I didn't think I could do.
It's Thanksgiving today here in Canada and I wanted to share a few projects I made using the stamp set.

First off, I created a beautiful thanksgiving card that I coloured up using Copic markers, cut it out and placed some gold thread behind it. The background was created using Freesia Hybrid Ink from Stamp Anniething and I sprinkled some water and Perfect Pearls mixture overtop to get the water drop effect. I diecut out the stitched rectangle shape using the Shaker Basics die set and then framed it using some teal card stock. I then used some plaid cardstock I had in my collection and stamped the sentiment on a banner diecut that I got from the Banner Die set.

Next I created a few place card settings for the dinning table using the Bountiful Blessings stamp set that were super quick and easy to make.

I started by ink blending the edges of cardstock using a brown and black ink to get a vintage feel. Next I stamped the main image from the Bountiful Blessings stamp set using Pecan Hybrid Ink from Stamp Anniething and then spritzed some brown ink onto the image to continue that vintage feel I was going for. I then stamped out and gold heat embossed the sentiment onto those same Banner diecuts that I used on the card as well as the gold thread. lastly I wrote the individual's name on their card settings to finish them off.

I hope you enjoyed my creations today and I look forward to seeing what you create using the new Bountiful Blessings stamp set.

Until Next Time - Stephen

Trudy - Cheers

Hi Friends!
I have another clean and simple card to share with you today.

With school recently kicking off here in Ontario Canada, I decided to colour up the adorable Trudy - Cheers stamp set from Stamp Anniething.
I kept my card base pretty simple by masking off and ink blending rays of colour using the Stamp Anniething Hybrid inks as well as the stencil brushes from Stamp Anniething. I heat embossed the sentiment and diecut it out using my new favourite banner die that recently came out as well. To finish off my card, I added a few enamel dots in colours that coordinated with the image I coloured up and ink blended background.

I hope you enjoyed met card creation for today!

Until next time - Stephen

Katy - Without the Rain

Hi Friends!
I have a card to share with you today that is perfect for someone who needs a little pick me up.

I used the stamp set "Katy - Without the Rain" and coloured her with Copic markers.
The background was created using Distress Oxide inks and a white coloured pencil. Once completed, I diecut the background out using the shaker basics set 1 of dies and placed it on top of some pattern paper that accented the colours I used in my card design. lastly I added a few sequins and stamped the sentiment out and diecut it using the Banner Dies that recently came out.

I hope you like my card creation for today!
Until next time - Stephen
