MFT & Friends - Thanks

Hi Friends!
Welcome to September  2022 Release celebration from My Favorite Things.
All the goodies you see today as well as the previous 5 days are now available for purchase in the My Favorite Things online shop

I’m sure by now your list of “must haves” from this release keeps growing and growing...I know for myself, it sure was a challenge to decide which goodies I wanted to play with first. I decided to play with the “Thanks” Die-namics and the “Inside & Out Gratitude” stamp set.

I started by creating a background using the “Small Brick Wall” Stencil with texture pastes and distress sprays
I absolutely love how it turned out.

I then cut out some gold cardstock using the “Thanks” die-namic and placed it on top of a head embossed sentiment from the “Inside & Out Gratitude” stamp set.

My Favorite Things - Happy Camper

Hi Friends!
Welcome to Day 1 of the September 2022 Release Countdown from My Favorite Things.
All the goodies you see today will be available for purchase tomorrow - Tuesday September 13th at 10am EST.

For my fifth card creation using the September release, I used the absolutely adorable "Happy Camper” Stamp set and coordinating Die-namics, “Crosshatch” Die-namics, and the “Joyful Plaid” paper pad

I started by stamping out the images from the "Happy Camper" stamp set,  colouring up the images using Copic markers and then cutting them out using the coordinating Die-namics.

Next I cut out the “Crosshatch” Die-namics using a yellow cardstock that I placed onto some kraft cardstock that I ink blended the edges.
I placed that on a card base that is topped using “Jouful Plaid” paper pad.
To finish my card, I placed my coloured images ontop of the crosshatch die cut and added a heat embossed sentiment

My Favorite Things - Christmas Tree Farm

Hi Friends!
Welcome to Day 5 of the September 2022 Release Countdown from My Favorite Things.
All the goodies you see today will be available for purchase Tuesday September 13th at 10am EST.

For my first card creation using the September release, I used the absolutely adorable "Christmas Tree Farm" stamp set and coordinating Die-namics, “Winter Trees” Die-namincs, and the “Touch of Texture” background stamp. I also used the previously released “Rectangle Scallop Edge Frame” & “Modern Serif Alphabet” Die-namics which I paired with the “Itty Bitty Holiday” stamp set.

I started by stamping out the images from the "Christmas Tree Farm" stamp set,  colouring up the images using Copic markers and then cutting them out using the coordinating Die-namics.

I pulled out one of my mixed media backgrounds I had previously made that I thought would be perfect for the wintery scene. I paired the background with the “Winter Trees” Die-namics and framed my scene using the “Rectangle Scallop Edge” Die-namics.
I wanted something soft to help calm down my busy background so I used a light pink card stock which I stamped the “Touch of Texture” background stamp on using a similar ink shade.
To finish off my card, I used the scrap off cuts from my cut down background piece to die cut out the word “Merry” using the “Modern Serif Alphabet” Die-namics.
